Matt’s experience with the Walt Disney Company early in his career began to shape his vision for how powerful a guest experience could be when you have an engaged and purpose driven front line team. He leveraged that experience to serve front liners in some amazing organizations both in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Matt served in Major League Baseball for the Atlanta Braves from 2007-2013 as Director of Guest Services, opened The College Football Hall of Fame in 2014 as Vice President, Fan Experience and relocated to the United Kingdom as Head of Guest Services at iconic Wembley Stadium from 2014-2016.  Matt was on the opening team of Disney’s fourth theme park, Animal Kingdom in 1998 and opened Disney’s London Production of The Lion King in 1999.

James has enjoyed a 20-year career working on high-profile events in high-profile venues both in the UK and overseas.  Developing an expert understanding of operational delivery across a number of functional areas, James has extensive experience of developing teams and sharing common goals.

James has frontline operational expertise in Ticketing, VIP/Hospitality Services, Accreditation / Stewarding and has shared team success at the Millennium Dome, Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Rugby World Cup and Glasgow Rangers.  James worked for London 2012 for three years, leading operational planning for a number of venues before becoming Venue General Manager for Eton Dorney, the Rowing and Canoe venue and home to the most Team GB gold Medals in London.

Most recently, as Head of Operations at the iconic London Stadium, James lead the events team to deliver West Ham United Premier League Football, as well as Saracens Rugby, the Muller Anniversary Games and concerts for international artists such as Guns n Roses, Robbie Williams, Rolling Stones, Beyonce and The Foo Fighters.

Since 2017, James has been a member of the MoonShot team delivering the FansFirst! Programme at the NFL London Series and we are delighted that he is now with the team full-time as Director of UK Projects.

Rob is no stranger to understanding how to develop a culture of world-class service. During his 11 years with Ritz Carlton, Rob was instrumental in creating The Ritz Carlton Leadership Center, oversaw service and quality to over 50 Ritz Carlton hotels worldwide and consulted with hundreds of companies about implementing a Ritz Carlton type culture in organizations which contributed to the organization winning the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. 

In 2004, Rob was brought into the world of baseball and venue guest experience.  He transformed the selection, training and engagement of front liners at the Atlanta Braves and was instrumental in the culture change that followed.

As an adjunct professor at Georgia State University, Rob used his expertise to teach students about creating and implementing service/quality driven cultures in organizations. Now, Rob is ready for the next step in creating and implementing a stellar guest experience for you and your organization.
