MoonShot leads the volunteer experience at the England Women’s on-the-road games.

MoonShot is proud to lead the volunteer experience at the England Women’s football team’s on-the-road games, ensuring that every fan interaction is welcoming and memorable. Most recently, the MoonShot Team delivered the volunteer programme at the England vs Australia fixture at Pride Park, and will be doing the same for the upcoming England vs Ghana game at St Mary's Stadium in Southampton next week.

From pre-game preparation and welcoming spectators, through providing wayfinding and engagement during the event, to ensuring a positive egress experience with a farewell, volunteers play a vital role in delivering exceptional fan experiences. Each volunteer is trained to represent The FA and England Women’s games, providing hospitality, guidance, and support throughout the stadium.

“Our focus is on building a volunteer programme that enhances the fan experience while empowering the volunteers themselves,” said Jess Howse, Operations Director at MoonShot. “We’re passionate about creating an environment where fans feel connected, welcomed, and part of the excitement of women’s football.”

By leading the volunteer programme at these on-the-road games, MoonShot continues to demonstrate its expertise in delivering high-quality guest experiences, helping to grow engagement with women’s football and leaving a lasting impression on fans at every match.
